Hidden Potential Coaching & Learning are workforce development specialists. We are invested in creating and facilitating professional training and coaching that supports and encourages growth at individual and organizational levels.

We offer professional development training for individuals and teams. Together, we find solutions that fit the needs of you or your workforce. From onboarding activities that guide employees as they enter new workplace cultures to recruitment and retention strategies, we are up to the challenge and excited to be a part of your journey.

Since 2018 we have partnered on numerous projects to support workforce development in Western Canada. Some past deliveries and offerings have included but are not limited to:

Our approach

We believe that everyone has the potential to succeed. For us, it’s all about finding that hidden potential. Through online and in-person deliveries we are able to provide safe and practical learning environments that foster skill development and personal growth.

We encourage individuals to take ownership of their experiences and aim for success.

Training and coaching is delivered through the lens of the Skills for Success. These skills have been identified as essential skills for those who want gainful and fulfilling employment. All of these skills are transferrable from workplace to workplace and in personal lives as well. We focus on these skills to ensure that those we work with will feel confident at work.

Importantly, all the work we do is guided by the principles of reconciliation. We account for unique needs and requirements that might be necessary in order to help an individual feel successful. We rely on traditional pedagogy and encourage meaningful conversations and an approachable rapport. Creating safe spaces for learning that eventually lead to a more equitable workforce is what we’re all about.
